On the Island of Wyrmrokk there are three major parties, which each hold their own stake in the future of this blessed land, and who offer different type of rewards and storylines. A settlement may only select one Path and can not switch. For any other questions, feel free to contact the GM Team.
THE NORDUR NOBILITY We recommend this path, for all those who wish to carve a piece of land in their name, and help protect and unite the realm.
THE NJORLIGA MERCHANTS We recommend this path, for all those who wish to focus on creating trade/hosting Market Days on the Island, and being part of controlling the economy.
THE NORDUR CLERGY
We recommend this path, for all those who wish to spread the religion and increase the power of their Patron Divine Nine Deity - or a pre-approved custom Deity they wish to become lesser. See more information here.
Non-tangible RP value (except Coins)
Can be gained by hosting RP Events, completing GM given Quests or by donating/exporting/sacrificing resources.
Religious Settlements must sacrifice specific resources to their Deity in order to recieve Gods Favour. (Must be proved via an RP Ticket and/or a GM present at the event.)
Noble Settlements must donate specific resources to the Arsenal/Storage/Armory in order to recieve Honour. (Only available at Market Days).
Mercantile Settlements must export requested goods at Market Days to gain Coins.
Council Meetings/Tinge/Island Moot
Regular meeting of voting members.
The Tinge will follow parlimentary conditions.
Points of interest can be submitted to Regin Halladson, up to 2 days prior to the meeting.
Only voting members are allowed entry to the council chambers during meetings.
The highest ranking liege will vote for and represent all of their realm vassals.
Voting members unable to attend a scheduled meeting, and not appoint an alternate representative, will automatically abstain from all votes.
Noble vassals must be a lower rank than their liege.
Each vassal provides their Liege with 1 additional vote on the Council, even if the vassalized settlement does not fulfill the requirements to receive voting rights.
In the event a Level 3 Trade/Religious Settlement becomes a vassal, they will be reduced to a Level 2 settlement and lose all perks associated with their previous Level 3 status.
Liege must pay 30 Silver Coins, or market equivalent in gold/silver ingots, per week for each vassal as taxes.
All votes and taxes travel upwards to the highest ranking liege (ex. A Duke has 4 direct vassals, and one of those vassals is a Count that has 3 direct vassals of their own. That would leave the Duke with 7 total realm vassals, which means they would be responsible for 210 silver coins worth of taxes per week, and would receive 7 votes at Council). *This is currently being adjusted.
Absolving Sins/Alignment Change
Must submit enough God's Favour to return a player to 0 alignment, no partial absolving.
Requires an RP ticket, and may require the priest and affected player to complete a ritual event.
Changing Primary Deity
A religious settlement may only change their primary deity throught the completion of a GM given Quest.
An RP ticket must be submitted expressing your interest in changing deities, and which deity you want to change to
Beware though, the deities do not easily forgive those that abandon them.
